Large outdoor pool and terraces
AIn Tenerife, you can live outdoors all year round, which is why our ‘favourite rooms’ are the outdoor areas. In the garden, you will find a heated pool and two pool terraces with a lounge area and sun loungers. Large palm trees and other trees provide shade. The dining table on the long covered veranda seats 12 people. On the first floor, there is another large terrace (40 square metres) with a dining table, sun loungers and sea views, as well as a small ‘breakfast terrace’ with views of Mount Teide.
In addition, the house offers a large private roof terrace from which you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and Mount Teide, as well as the tropical vegetation in the complex – ideal for early morning exercise or a glass of wine at sunset!
Ground Floor
You enter the house from the patio, which is planted with palm trees and cacti and also serves as a parking area for your hire car. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a large television, a North American-style kitchen, two bedrooms (each with an en suite bathroom and large built-in wardrobes) and a separate toilet. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom all have access to the large covered veranda and garden.
Upper Floor
Upstairs, you will find a spacious living-dining room with large panoramic sliding doors, three bedrooms with spacious built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) and a separate toilet.
In the Evening
With its pool and garden lighting and perfect location for watching the sunset, the villa also offers a very special atmosphere in the evening.
